Iāve dabbled in pretty much every fitness technique you can think ofā a different diet every month, CrossFit, calorie counting, you name it. I even lost 80 pounds at one point, only to face the rollercoaster of regaining it and starting over. It was tough, but it taught me that true fitness isnāt just about numbers. Itās about finding what works for you and sticking with it.
Iāve been there, and I get it. I have a soft spot for anyone whoās struggled with weight fluctuations or finding that perfect balance. My passion now is helping others create a healthier, happier life with a focus on mindset, nutrition, and movement. Iām here to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
